Twin Oaks Herb Farm began as something as simple as one mom loving to see the smile on the faces of my
boys as I whipped up something new for the dinner table. My personal recipe for Country French Herb Cheese, grew over a period of time to perfection. I can say this, because my whole family said, "Mom, that's it!" The recipe has been around for approximately 20 years. I began giving packets of the recipe to friends and family as stocking stuffers, gifts & just because they called me constantly wanting it. My whole family said that I should sell it, but I just wasn't sure where to start. Around 2000, I finally listened and HERE I AM!
